They are great professional people fair prices quick turn around on repair Persin and Robbin is the best jewelry store in the Chicagoland area. The staff there is knowledgeable and very professional. It is great to see a small store with such great customer service. I have been a customer since 1996 and have never been disappointed. Took my rings to get repaired. They came back beautiful - never been so shiny and sparkly. Great service! We are long time customers who's extended family travel from all around the Chicagoland area to shop here. Here's the thing that sets them apart from others! She rushed the delivery and the jeweler mounted it in less than a week so my fiancé could wear it that Saturday. Time and cost were reasonable and everyone I spoke to in person or on the phone was pleasant and professional. I was kept informed and notified promptly when my appraisal was ready. Convenient location and easy to park. Service was wonderful. Had a ring re-sized previously, now another two. Once again very pleased. Didn't have ro send them out like some jewelers do. Came back fitting perfectly and polished sparkling like new.We are very pleased with Persin and Robbins. Would highly recommend them to purchase fine jewelry as well as repair jewelry My mom passed away and I brought her favorite pendant necklace to Persin and Robbin to be repaired and cleaned. They did a beautiful job on the restoration of the pendant and I purchased a new chain that nicely compliments its style.
