Our jewelers have more than twenty years of experience and our watchmaker has been trained and certified by the brands (Rolex and Tudor) we carry. Because we take the time to do the work correctly and adhere to the standards established by our brands, you can rest easy with our repair services.

Our repair service begins with a free estimate that will tell you the cost of the requested work and how long you can expect it to take. From there, you’ll be entered into our Repair Tracking System, which follows the status of your jewelry at all times (we’ll let you know it’s complete with phone or e-mail updates), and also provides us—and you—with a history for every piece we service. We take pride in the quality of our work, and all of it is backed with a one-year guarantee.
