There is a lot of great things to say about Persin and Robbin. The most important being that this company is first class, all the way. Outstanding customer service through and through. I have made a total of 3 watch purchases now with the company. I most recently dealt with Brad, the store owner. He is a great guy with a wealth of knowledge and made my purchasing experience very pleasant from beginning to end. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and that is something I always look for when purchasing watches. Each time I walk out those doors, I am very satisfied I took my business somewhere that truly values their customers. For that reason, in my opinion, they are the best around. I will continue to work with Persin and Robbin for future watch and jewelry purchases!

I have had some of my jewelry fixed, rings sizes changed, and just recently a custom designed diamond necklace. I am so happy with everything they do. The employees at this store are extremely professional, personal, knowledgeable and first class all the way. They are always so welcoming when you walk in and extremely helpful. I would never go anywhere else. Their pricing is very fair and if you want a custom necklace made, this is the place to go!!!

Went here looking for a birthday present for a family member and found the perfect gift thanks to Ginger! She was so helpful and personable, and we had a great conversation. I will definitely be going back here for any future purchases! I'm so glad I found this family owned gem right in the heart of downtown Arlington Heights! It was such a welcoming and warm atmosphere, and you are not pressured at all to buy anything. I am on the market for new watch. Went to this store, found it by Google search. What a pleasant surprise! Everyone in the store was so inviting and warm. Offered coffee with Belgian chokolates (it was done so natural in welcoming manner)! Feels right at "home"! Class all the way.But that's only part of my excitement about this store. I had some questions about the watch I am looking for. Store manager Suzy gave us such an excursion to the knowledge landscape in Rolex field! Impressive! I have seen quite few Rolex dealers in this country. I can definitively say that Suzy is on the top of that hill! Thank you! Highly recommend this store for any jewelry/ fine watch needs

I have such fond memories of this place from my youth. Hadn’t been there in years. So updated and beautiful and everyone I dealt with couldn’t have been nicer. Perhaps a little more expensive than a smaller shop but worth it for the service. Trusted them completely for fixing my and my husband’s wedding bands.

I had a great experience with Persin and Robbin Jewelers! I was looking to have a diamond set into an engagement band and it was a very smooth process. They helped me pick a setting that complimented the diamond and provided an accurate timetable for completing the work. When I picked up the finished ring, I was very impressed by the quality and look of the piece. I would definitely recommend you stop by if you are looking for excellent service and quality.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Persin and Robbin! My husband designed my engagement ring through them, and we also ended up purchasing my wedding band from here as well. I get so many compliments on my rings, and it is due to the quality of jewelry that Persin and Robbin carry! Ginger is the best! We brought my moms 63 year old engagement ring and wedding band in to have it “cleaned up.” Ginger is extremely knowledgeable and made some great suggestions on what to do to make it look brand new. She really took time to explain everything that was going to be done and put my mother at ease. The ring is gorgeous! Really looks brand new and my mother could not be happier. Exceptional work and an exceptional staff, highly recommend.

I took a necklace I had bought elsewhere to have remounted. Suzie took the time to make sure that she could do what I wanted. Here's the thing that sets them apart from others! She rushed the delivery and the jeweler mounted it in less than a week so my fiancé could wear it that Saturday. Because of the total experience, they are now my go to jewelry store! They did a beautiful job on the restoration of the pendant and I purchased a new chain that nicely compliments its style.
